Mauritian Photographer - Joel Capillaire

If there is one sentence to define me, it is “Capture the moment.” I am Joel Capillaire, a self taught photographer and videographer. My journey began with an unfortunate accident, which got me into a love affair with the lens. It’s been 12 years now since this love has turned stronger and fiercer.

Photography has paved my way to different artistic projects and styles. While I flirt with landscape photography, I have vowed to capture all important occasions from weddings, social events, commercial projects and fashion shoots.

As my passion grew for audiovisual production, I met a charming mistress; videography. From scratch to the complete realization of music videos to commercials, I am now evolving in video production to unleash my creativity and recount memorable stories and feelings.
